Staff was excellent. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Property is located ideally for access for all available transit options. Lots of dining options very close from high end 5 star to quick bites that are amazing (COYO tacos was great!). No complaints whatsoever. This is a great place to stay, don't pass it bye its the one you should have stayed at if you pick something else.

We love staying at Hampton Inn Miami Brickell. We basically were very pleased with everything but not being able to swim with: 1. No advanced notice prior to arrival, 2. The option of replacement was miles away with the only way to get there being uber or taxi(we didn’t have a car) even though they offered $20, still not enough to cover cost. All of it should’ve been covered and transportation should have been provided. We had kids in group that were banking on the swimming.

I was looking forward to coming into this hotel and jumping in the pool… only to find out the pool was closed pending an investigation from the city or whatever it was… paying nearly $500 a night for a hotel that didn’t have a pool was disappointing to say the least, I would’ve stayed elsewhere if they had sent out notices regarding the shut down of the pool area. But the pool area itself was really small. When we checked in, I felt like myself and my son were treated different than any other customer aswell, they were offered complimentary pop or water. We were just given water. It just wasn’t as great as any other hotel I’ve stayed at downtown Miami, the only perk was the “free breakfast” at the hotel from 6am-10am which consisted of Cereals , Juices, Scrambled eggs, potatoes Some kinda cooked sausage? Ham cheese stuff to make a sandwhich Toast station Waffle station - oatmeal station …

Exceptional staff. Disappointing accommodations.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a great start to our stay. However, many common areas of the hotel were dirty, soiled, or outdated, falling short of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, welcoming us warmly upon arrival. Their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience. We have stayed in both a regular king room and what is labeled as a suite. Unfortunately, the furnishings and amenities in the suite were lackluster and failed to provide the premium experience expected from an upgraded room category. While the staff consistently deliver courteous and professional service to ensure guests feel valued, the overall rundown condition of the hotel detracts from the stay. This disparity makes it difficult to consider returning for future visits. I strongly recommend an extensive renovation of the hotel's common areas and suites to align the accommodations with the excellent service provided by the staff.
