I was checked into a room at 5:40pm, an hour and 40 mins after check-in time because the room wasn’t ready. At 4:44ish they “upgraded” us to a smaller room (!). Finally we were put into a junior suite, which is what I paid for but clearly wasn’t vacuumed. It wouldn’t have been such a sore point had they said we’re behind- it’ll be xyz amount of time, but they kept saying it’ll just be 10mins more… which it clearly wasn’t. - I have asked 4x for a manager to reach out to me- no one has reached out. I’ve called three times and the “manager” is never available(off or away). There were a number of spring break college students and with it - noise in the hotel. There was a party every night at the pool until 2am. It was so loud the walls vibrated- we were on the 9th floor- so i cant image what it was like on the 4th or 5th floor. An elevator was broken- so either take the stairs or prepare to wait. Icing on the cake is the messages reminding me to check out and then to check out asap- since it was past check out time… I checked out at 3:30am at the front desk to catch my 5:30am flight. I cannot recommend. It’s vacation and this wasn’t smooth or relaxing. There a lot of choices- choose a different hotel.

Like many hotels in the area, it is an older one that has been updated. Overall it's pretty good - we had a nice updated room with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. The pool is heated and there is beach access. HOWEVER - the hotel next door (Soho Club) has a loud thumping outdoor nightclub that can go on until 2am. Out of our 4 night stay it went to midnight once and past 1am once; the other nights it was quiet. There is no way to ignore it and sleep thru this. We didn't know and it seems to be a recent thing ( checking Google reviews I see it mentioned a few weeks before our trip at the end of March 2025). If you ask the front desk they act as if this is news to them . But we feel badly for the Radisson - they have a jerk next door and it's not clear what can be done. But we are not coming back to this hotel.

As a longtime customer, I deeply regret leaving this review. This hotel is absolutely terrible. While I can understand that the facilities, environment, and value for money may not be the best—given its prime location—the service was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk staff were extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. When we requested a room change due to the smoke smell, the front desk told us there were no available rooms. However, when we went downstairs to discuss the issue in person (another guest was also requesting a room change due to cleanliness issues), a staff member came to inspect our room. I appreciate this particular staff member, as he immediately called the front desk to confirm that the room was indeed unacceptable. The a manager appeared offered us another room. So now, there was a vacant room after all? There was no apology and no explanation throughout the entire process. We stayed for four nights, and not once did I hear any staff member use polite language. Every interaction with the hotel staff felt rigid and cold. The hairdryer was broken—as soon as I turned it on, it started smoking and triggered the smoke detector, causing complete chaos. We had to explain the situation to multiple housekeeping staff, but they seemed utterly confused for a long time. Their lack of professionalism and service awareness was shocking. I will never choose Radisson again.

Very loud and noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all. Poorly isolated door and windows.left prematurely and the management didn’t even provide refund for the rest of the stay which I didn’t use. Will never stay at any Radisson properties ever again. Very disappointed!!!
