Approximately priced. Decent stay.

The room was spacious with 2 bathrooms. A little dated but appropriately priced. The main reasons for not giving top ratings were, my room key didn’t work the first time & when I got back to the front desk, there was a long line for check in. So took almost 30 minutes to get into the room. Other minor issues. No wash cloths in either bathroom. And the faucet handle came off in my hand.

Great for a short stay

This is our second time staying at this property. Incredible price, location, and service. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating. Our only issues were the noise coming from the demolition site next door (obviously out of their control). Also, there were no washcloths in our room. We visited the front desk and were told that they would bring them up. They did, about 90 mins later (just minutes before checkout). Oh, also the shower is not fully enclosed (if that matters to you). Overall, we were still very satisfied and would stay here again.

Wonderfull pre-cruise stay

Loved it. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Full size kitchen. Had washer/dryer ( did not supply detergent but easy to pick some up at nearby drug store). Food options available within walking distance. Bedroom was huge. We would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! We had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout and even had 2 balconies and a full kitchen. The quality of the room looked like it should have been 3 times the price we actually paid. We would 100% stay here again. It felt like an apartment!

My family stayed here before our cruise for 2 nights. Late 11pm check in was a breeze, our room was very spacious with a great water view. Grocery store and many dining options are nearby. We were even able to order grocery delivery so that we had the necessities in our cabinets & fridge when we checked in.

Fortune house hotel was absolutely amazing !!the views were stunning!! the staff were very competent i felt like i was staying at the ritz Carlton for a bit, the housekeepers are great they clean up really well! The staff is just overall amazing with how they treat you and your stuff, we love the location and how easily accessible everything was when it came to food,shopping or just going out it was just perfect! If you are ever in Miami Florida for a trip i will highly recommend fortune house! An absolutely 10/10!
