When checking in check in staff wasn’t too welcoming. Check out person was great she was friendly and attentive. Other staff at restaurants, pools, and bars were great as well. Ice machine on the 10th floor wasn’t working had to go to the 9th which wasn’t too big of a deal but for a nice hotel why was the ceiling above the ice machines broken down and moldy looking.

The shower inside the bedroom bathroom the drain has sharp edges. I knicked the bottom of my foot. The drain cover is not flush with the floor in room 2-2903

The pools were filthy and look like they haven't been properly cleaned in some time. Food & drinkers were expensive. Pool towels could definitely been updated since they were tattered on the ends. Some staff okay others below average.

Amazing property, top notch hospitality. Be careful, they over charge everything and look to exploit anything they can charge you for. The property and service allows them to charge the premium, because that is what you are getting. But, if you are semi-frugal, this may not be the best option.

The room I was initially assigned was not clean at all. It appeared as if someone was still staying in the room. I recorded the condition of the room and headed back to the front desk. I must say the front desk staff is truly amazing. They were very apologetic and started to resolve the issue. I was assigned another room and I appreciate them handling things. My issue is that anytime a hotel room is cleaned it’s supposed to be inspected by a supervisor before it’s put back in the system. The front desk depends on housekeeping to do their job so this is avoided. Housekeeping did not do their job on that day and the front desk had to deal with an issue that should’ve never happened. Although I was extremely disappointed as this was my first time staying here. I believe in treating and talking to people in a manner that’s respectful at all times. I do wish that this never happened but when you stay at this type of property the expectation is five stars. And unfortunately that was not my experience.
