Beach access was the best! Went to the beach for a jog and swim, really enjoyed our time. The staff that placed the towels on our lounge chairs at the pool was courteous and nice. The pool area was relaxing. The staff at the beach was exceptional. I really liked the outdoor workout fitness coach, he was welcoming and friendly, would have loved to try the class, next trip. Had a great time at the bar, the ambiance was lovely. Overall a wonderful stay!

Paid for an upgraded room. Was given the worst room. Stained leather furniture, coffee stains on floor, dusty, toilet seat not mounted to toilet and kept falling off. Location of room right a elevator so you heard traffic all night long. Event held at property and wasn't informed of when checking in. Ridiculously loud until 4am 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Asked to move room got an " oh well, can't control the people that are here. Did you know that there are 6000 people here for this event?" Geez, no kidding heard them partying outside our room and outside. Totally ruined our quiet vacation away from our kids. First adult only vacation in 10 years. Do not recommend!! Not a luxury resort at all. Very trashy!!

Our family vacation, 10 adults 1 regular room, 2 condos. Elevators , some work others didn’t. The kiddie pool wouldn’t let 5 & 6 yr olds go down with their parents. Drinks way over priced. Just not impressed. Stayed years ago, much better. Seems your charging service chge. (quite high) and since it’s already in the check, the people give lousy service!
