Housekeeping boss lady very rude. Unwilling to help me as she didn’t have her current paperwork, was told we were supposed to be out of room? We stopped at office the night before and extended our stay a day. Stuck in the lot locked out of my room in a towel had to go to office for working keys. Very inconvenient ☹️

Terrible customer service. I got overcharged three times and was constantly guilt tripped to believe that wasn’t the case even when I was showing them my bank statements. I was constantly locked out of my room every time I came back from an outing I would have to call the front desk to get assistance. The housekeeping was another thing. They don’t change your sheets until the third night stay the bedding and towels will have hair from prior stays. Housekeeping wasn’t giving us any shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, so I went to go ask the front desk and was given 3 of everything. I went on an another outing with my family I came back and realized that housekeeping had taken it upon themselves to take the extras. VERY WEIRD. I don’t care what they assumed, but to feel comfortable taking things out of our room, made us very uncomfortable. The laundry machines WILL stain your clothes. I used all 3 machines and all three stained my clothes only one dryer worked. Please make sure to lock your card and call your banks, reassure that your statements are correct because I was charged for the last time 20 minutes before my checkout. very shady. The breakfast was good.

Booked two nights in March 2025. The photos you see had to be taken decades ago. The door to the hotel would not close unless you lifted it up to shut it, the paint job was blistered, and the safety latch did not work. The air conditioner was a window unit and was constantly on/off and very noisy. There was no breakfast, not that we would have eaten there. Two different clerks were unable to help with directions. However, the Travel Lodge across the street was very helpful with maps and knew directions and knew we were not staying there. Their guests happily were eating breakfast. The television did not work. It did have hot water for the shower, however, the tile in the bathroom was a very bad DIY job. Our room looked clean, however old and not at all as seen in the photos. We had reservations to stay at the end of our trip which we promptly cancelled our room and our daughter's family's room. They stayed one night initially also and their room was in the same condition as ours, the door, the bathroom with the bad DIY tile, their tub was chipped all over, and AC was noisy. If I could have cancelled our extra night and our daughter's night, we definitely would have. Also would have never booked in the first place if the photos were not what the place really looks like.
