From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed by an inviting ambiance and a subtle, luxurious fragrance that sets the tone for your stay. The front desk team consistently provides attentive service, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met seamlessly. While every stay with my family has been enjoyable, our recent visit from November 2-5 was truly extraordinary. This was all thanks to Joel at the front desk. Joel went above and beyond, offering an elevated level of service that transformed our stay into something spectacular. His warm, accommodating approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. His dedication to ensuring that every aspect of our experience was smooth and enjoyable made a memorable impression. The Essex continues to set a high standard, and with team members like Joel, they ensure that each visit feels special. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience genuine hospitality.

I highly recommend Essex House by Clevelander to anyone staying in South Beach. The staff here are amazing. They are very friendly and acomidading. Location is perfect. The rooms are nice and clean and house keeping staff are awesome and do a great job. I'm definitely coming back to this hotel
