Rude staff and Management

Staff and reception are rude. Checked in on. Sunday and was told housekeeping is daily and would leave fresh towels. As this information was not listed on website so I wanted to confirm. No one came to leave us a towels or clean. Called the front desk to confirm they stated yes. Again, no one showed up. Asked to speak with a manager have yet to speak with one. We checked out today, Thursday! I also called housekeeping for towels and they had the audacity to tell me, go down to front desk and get them. Staff is down right rude and the Management is even worse! I filed a complaint with Hotels.com and they are not even helping me with this. Now I will move up to filing a complaint with corporate as well!

Surprised by the guest parking cost.My grandson goes toFIU andeachtime he came to visit or pick us up, it cost$14.00 . Over the 3 day stay it cost close to $70.00. Ellen Regan .

Poor service from the front drsk

When we arrived at 3:30, there was no parking available because they were hosting an event. We were told to park outside of the lot along the fence along the street. These were not even real parking spaces. Also, we could not ever get logged into the WiFi. I called the desk and was told to wait 15 min and try again. It still didn’t work. I called the desk and gain and was told they would give the phone number to call the WiFi carrier. What? I am paying for a room with WiFi access and you are telling ME to call the WiFi carrier? Also front desk instructed us breakfast was at 6:30. We needed to leave by 7 to catch a flight so went to get breakfast at 6:30 only to be told breakfast was at 7. Very poor customer service from the front desk!

Worst customer service

Upon checking in we were told that housekeeping will be in daily to clean and leave fresh towels. Not one person came to clean or leave fresh towels for our stay. I had to call down on our 3rd day and file a complaint about this. I also had to call housekeeping and ask for fresh towels, for them to tell me to go down to the front desk and get them. I have stayed at plenty of Hilton properties and this one by far has been the worst!

This hotel is beautiful with a atrium and great food and service. Room was big with a living room and big bedroom and nice bathroom. The only problem I see if you are a light sleeper the hotel is next the airport so you hear planes taking off at all hours and there were railroad tracks right outside our room with train whistles blowing at times. Still would stay again though. Free shuttle service to the airport. Runs all night every half an hour.
