Roaches in the living room area, closet and bathroom. I don’t just mean 1 or two. It so bad we didn’t sleep and kept all the lights on hoping they wouldn’t come out. The dryer in the laundry room didn’t work and we had to find a 24hr laundry mat to finish washing clothes. Don’t stay here unless you want to risk taking roaches back home. We to ask atleast 4x for extra towels and towels ash clothes that we waited atleast 3hrs to receive. I’m shocked bc Embassy Suites are usual 4 star facilities.

Front desk clerk named Chris was rude , even in front of the manager all she said was Chris stop. When I said he was rude to us from the minute we checked in he said “ oh poor baby and made a kissy face over and over” . Hotel is very rundown and not at all what pictures described . Very long wait time to check in even when u request early check in and maids started knocking on doors at 9am asking when we were checking out.

Awesome place, but they MUST do something about the AC in the rooms. The thermostat is in the bedroom, but the air comes out in the living room. You freeze in the living room and sweat to death in bed!!

Issues

Very busy hotel. Broken elevators. Not enough luggage carts. Evening drinks is a joke. Alcoholic choices practically non existent and do not open soft drinks except for breakfast. Second time to stay here and our last.

I liked that it was close to the airport and the breakfast was good. The housekeeping for the room was poor. They didnt stock toiletries and towels. Calls to the front desk wernt answer some days and when answered they never came to room for stocking my toiletries.

Reception staff, incompetent, amateurs, did not understand English, provided wrong information re parking. The 2 on duty should be either retrained or fired. Breakfast good, Cafe at evening dramatically overpriced = $25 for a hamburger, $9 for French fries.
