We checked in at 7:20pm and were viven vouchers for the bar that was closing. The building is in por condition, the food is mediocre and expensive. Service is sub-par. It has been a disapointment to stay in this hotel. There are much better óptions in the area at similar price points.

The hotel looks nice from outside but Hilton has not maintained this at all from inside, the room interior is old and our room on the 4th floor had a cockroach roaming around on the counter. Breakfast was good as it had made to order , otherwise theres nothing i could lost out that would be worth calling out. Overall ita a disaster to stay at this hotel.

Property is convenient for any activity near to the airport. Shuttle to and from the airport is great for persons who may not wish to rent a car or pay for a taxi to and from the airport. Breakfast is the usual type of breakfast you would get at Embassy Suites which is good.

The shuttle service was on time, check in quite simple and easy , friendly staff. The room was clean and ready for us. The cocktail reception every evening was good .. something for guests to do as there is nothing I could have walked to.. maybe a complimentary shuttle to to the nearest shopping are would be appreciated.

We stayed 1 night before a cruise. It provided a shuttle from the airport, it was easy to get an uber to go out to dinner. It had a nice bar.The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and comfortable for sleeping and had a great complimentary breakfast buffet. It also had a small but modern gym and pool that i didn't get to use. I will definitely stay there again.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged for the 2 waters in the room when I only drank one. At about 10:15am-10:30am my bf and I was getting dressed. I heard knocking at the door as I was going to see who it was the maid was opening the door. I didn't check out yet in person or online so I just found it very unprofessional and uncomfortable that they were opening the door while I was still there. I'm just glad I just gotten dressed before they came in. (They knocked and opened the door) I had said hello can I help you? The lady said or you haven't checked out yet, I said not yet. I absolutely love Embassy Suites and this is the first time I've encountered this, but it definitely left a bad impression that workers just come in your room while you're still there. Will definitely rethink my options.

I wish I could give this 11/10! Huge rooms, free breakfast w/ a made to order option, free evening reception with drinks and healthy snacks, beautiful outdoor pool w/ hot tub, and the most comfortable beds! And for $166 a night- this place is a steal! We didn’t use it, but they also offered complimentary airport shuttles too.
