J'ai payé plus cher que ce qui était prévu sur Hotel.com. Je suis revenu à la réception et ils m'ont dit que c'était la caution et cette caution me serait remboursée après mon départ. Je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement à ce jour. Hotel tres spacieux mais aussi très bruyant à cause de la proximité de l'aéroport.

The hotel provides concierge service 3 miles from the property, we were told to wait or front and the young man would take us to the Denny for breakfast, 30 minutes later we found out he told other people to their destinations and left us, when he returned he was rude to me and my husband asked to speak to a manager who was assisting another complaint. We called a Uber which cost$24 for 1.8 miles to the Denny, before breakfast arrived I called the hotel to request a pick up, we ate and 45 minutes later i called again for the ride which the said 10 to 15 minutes.. now we called 1 hour before and was told 15 to 30 minutes.. still no concierge from Embassy called Uber again..$24 to return. Asked for the manager again and she was in a meeting. Very inconvenient, later we were approached by an employee and having a speaker the size of a cell phone in the table not playing and music, saying we couldn't play it, but we stayed last week and played the speaker with no issues, he informed us we was off and that's the only reason we got away with it. Later that evening we turned the speaker on low, the young man approached us and told us, not asked to turn it off, i asked for the manager which I was wanting to speak with anyway, he told me she is going to have the same response, I still requested her presence. She came told the employee that we could play the speaker it was not offensive or loud enough for a complaint. I felt harrassed and not appreciated.

I got to the hotel late because my flight was delayed twice. When I got there my bed was dirty the couch was dirty And the tub was dirty. The front desk lady only gave me one Flat sheet to change my entire king bed. Because I asked for bedding the night before they made a note on my account for housekeeping and at 9:00 a.m. the housekeeping supervisor banged on my door with the attitude trying to intimidate me asking me if I was checking out meanwhile check out is 11:00 a.m. I like the courtesy van option And driver Embassy and Hilton you need to do better with your staff

Great shuttle from the airport, super fast check-in, healthy evening snack provided. Very nice breakfast provided (I am vegetarian). The room was clean and spacious...nothing not to like. Would recommend.

From the beginning of my say, it was very chaotic. The lines of the reception were insane. There was a lot of people a lot of garbage throwing all over the property. There was a lot of weight. I decided to go dying at 3:05. It was a long wait to get my order, it was a long wait to Even placed the order and that it was a long wait for me to even make my payment because they were not paying attention to me the room smells like cigarettes. There were multiple people smoking marijuana on the property. You can smell it. It was very uncomfortable. It was not what I expected from this specific hotel. I stayed at other properties from Embassy, but this one by far is the worst , the staff is very hostile. They’re very angry looking the it was not what I expected will have to return there. I have another booking on the 23rd for one night and at this point I can’t switch it, but this was one of the biggest disappointments in hotels that I’ve ever had, I was not happy at all with the Services . Reception they were very rude. Remove things from in front of you. They took the plates and the spoons. It was very chaotic if I have to describe it.
