We thought this was a really lovely hotel , staff are excellent and super friendly. The bed room was clean and fresh . The toilets however do need a refresher. Sink plug was stuck and water would not drain also toilet & shower doors were very dirty. I did bring this to there attention and the plug was sorted but toilet not cleaned well at all. I would come back but I would need to stress my concerns before I rebooked.

A true Ocean View Room, we stayed here for a nice trip after our cruise. Wish we came when the weather was better but the view on a clear day was exquisite. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous. It’s connected to the NObu side. Great dining options and room service was great.

Place is old, our bathroom needed serious plumbing work. Layout of room was poor, they installed this super high counter with stools that were impossible to adjust on the carpet. Bought the breakfast add on which was great because the prices were insane for breakfast and small cafe. Hotels are always high but the average quality of the food really made you feel you were being taken advantage of. Location as great for our purpose but would not stay again
