Eden Roc was a great place to stay right on the beach. The pools were beautiful and the room with balcony was amazing. House keeping and check in staff were not 5 stars, not overly friendly or very welcoming for that fact. Coming from Australia, a simple request for some property directions as we arrived too early to check in, the staff did not want to assist referring me to concierge desk which was not manned as it was likely too early also. So yes the hotel is great, staff average. The hotel building is shared with Nobu hotel which was a bit confusing also. Nothing is explained you are left to work everything out yourself.

Second stay here as a family. We returned for the proximity to the beach and the various pools. Get the balcony room as other rooms aren't as nice. Do not honour any VIP rewards and had upgrades but tried to charge me a few hundred extra.

What a great experience! My 10 and 12 year old enjoyed the entire hotel and pools. I loved how easy it was to access the beach, especially with children - towel service and chairs were provided daily. Food was excellent as was the service. The room was beautiful and clean. We didn’t have our own car so I can’t speak to the onsite parking. Uber was easily accessible within minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby. We didn’t want to leave, and can’t wait to return!
