Arrived early and we were hoping for early access to the room. Check in said they would text us when ready. We had to go back a few times and ask about our room, they never texted when ready. Disappointing.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoy our 2-night weekend stay at East. Everything about this hotel feels very new and luxurious, which gets mixed with Brickell's vibrant and exciting environment. The views from our 27th floor balcony were amazing as well. Having Brickell City Center literally attached to the building is the cherry on top. Very hard to get bored if you decide to stay there.
