Nice hotel...very clean. But the staff are blunt and not friendly. The place is like a zoo...people everywhere and on top of each other. Also, it was the noisiest experience i ever had. Windows are not sound proof and the streets have drag racing every night until 3am. Could not sleep. Plus the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap.

Nos quedamos dos días y todo fue excelente, el día de nuestro check in hicimos otra reserva para regresar dos días mas tarde, cuando íbamos llegando al hotel nos enviaron un email CANCELANDO UNILATERALMENTE esa reserva, después de haberla pagado. Nuestro carro estaba incluso en el parqueo del hotel, cuando llamamos NO NOS DIERON NINGUNA EXPLICACION y nos dijeron que ya no habían habitaciones de ese mismo tipo disponibles (somos una familia de 5) y que si queríamos otra habitación teniamos que hacer la diligencia en el front desk directamente. TERRIBLE SERVICIO Y EXPERIENCIA.

Wouldn't let's us eaten order drink at the rooftop bar because off a dress code that didn't take affected until 6 pm,...it was 5. I had on a Harley Davidson shirt, but 2 dudes in plain white tee-shirts got in. Racists and stereotype judging. I paid very high dollar for 1 night to be treated like trash.

Brought my fiancé there for his birthday for the first time. We had a blast! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was soo nice! Security was in the front checking and making sure your safe. Love it and definitely booking again

I like the convenience in the area that the hotel is in the cleanness and being able to have room service and a mini bar in the room in the luxury of having a suite even the elevators were gorgeous
