The property is beautiful. I have no complaints about the property. The staff had no hospitality did not fell welcome. Had had to go to the front desk several times due to staff taking their time. They charged my card 170.00 for taking a bottle out of the fridge not drinking didn’t replace it but looked at it. There a sign that says 25 restock fee so I have no idea where 170 came from. There were so many business meetings by the pool and they were looking at me as if I was wrong for being in the pool. I enjoyed the convenience of surrounding eateries

This property is STUNNING! I felt safe during my stay. It is in the center of Brickell City Centre so there is lots to do. The rooms are clean and spacious! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Shower was terrible and felt like below average facilities overall. In room dining others didn't speak english and was hard to communicate. Room felt like more of airbnb apartment then proper hotel.

We had many problems during our stay. The shower was leaking, the toilet stopped working. Our phone in the room wasn’t working. We told front desk about the phone more than once, never fixed. Delivery of ice wouldn’t always come. They also forgot towels one day and we had to wait to get ready. The food and beverage credit of $44 was never applied to our room. All in all was not a great experience. I’ve stayed at this property almost ten times, this was a let down. Even in sugar. The hostess doesn’t seat you or tell you there a minimum for tables. We had to ask someone where we can sit while we walked around aimlessly. Pool service is very slow.
