I stayed at the hotel for four nights, and they never made or fixed the bed. One day, I deliberately left the bed unmade with the sheets messy, and when I returned at night, I found it exactly as I had left it. I had to make the bed myself before going to sleep. There is no internet in the room. On the last day, they didn’t provide clean towels.

Rooms are old and dirty with bugs. Leaking water in the bathroom. No one answered the phone when calling for shuttle schedules or information. Restaurant and food were good.

This is the worst ever doubletree I stayed in and I stayed in quite a few. I am handicapped with limited mobility. I waited at the airport for over an hour and a half when Hotel is less than 15 minutes away. I saw all of the other hotels levels go around at least five times and I only saw this one once. I called four times as I watched the driver passed by me at 15 miles an hour The wrong person filthy with multiple unidentified stains all over the room, especially for some reason the floors and the curtains. There from one room was filthy carpet and curtains and walls to another hole with filthy carpet and dirty bathrooms with a wet tub no one should’ve been in. Sad and depressing property . No cookies offered. I have to take up my own luggage including a heavy item I’d purchased in my trip using the bell trolley. Manager weird and some guy with a tattoo on his neck dressed like it was the ritz in jersey and a bell boy showed up at my door at 11 o’clock at night claiming to be trying to find out which room I was in because they “couldn’t find me” though I have never seen them before. Again, though I am disabled with limited mobility they put me at the end of hallway with an Again, though I am disabled with limited mobility they put me at the end of a call with an exit door and darkness. Shortly before 25 dollars in ones came up missing. I’m glad I survived this property. They should just close this place right on them down.

Good choice

We needed a one-night stay before catching a flight out of Miami and this was a very comfortable choice. The restaurant had a diverse menu and the food was good. We paid the extra to include the breakfast and it was surprisingly good. The airport shuttle accommodated the four of us, including my friend who was traveling with a wheelchair.

Arrived at 3pm to check in (online says check in from 3pm) to be told room was not ready and check in was 4pm. Was put on a reserve list and told would be called. No call by 4.30pm. Went to check what was happening only to be given a room immediately. Wasted time when I had an appointment to attend shortly after.
