Everything around the property, transportation, and the room were very good. However, the staff at the reception was very unfriendly. I asked some questions about dinner or locations, and the receptionist didn’t know how to answer; then her supervisor came out and she was very rude. I was afraid to ask them anything else.

This is a very convenient option for before a cruise. It is an older property, but clean. We have been here 3 times. No problems! Recommend for friendly staff.

Very disappointing I arrive at 3:30pm and there was no shuttle called them and they said the shuttle would be there at 4:00pm waited till 5pm still no shuttle so took a taxi for $20.00 and went to the hotel they did not even offer to reimburse the money never staying here again !

Do not stay here if there’s other choices

Supposed to be 100% smoke free, it’s not. Sink and tub faucets leaked, bad, had to turn off the valve to stop the leak. Do not recommend this place

The property was not as advertised, it is old and needs to be fixed. The lobby is small and smells of mold as do the carpet in the halls. The rooms are cold and there is no heat, I had to request extra blankets. Housekeeping was exceptional nice and pleasant. Front desk staff need a little more training on customer service as they appeared overwhelmed. Shuttle service from the airport was non existing as I waited 2 hours due to being told it was traffic. I would not recommend this property or ever stay there again. Disappointing is an understatement.

The hotel needs to be deep clean they had mold in the bath room the bed was ok a little lumpy but was fine the tv was old and the picture of it was horrible no elevator was an inconvenience

Don’t do it

This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I left after only an hour and I was afraid to even complain. Im currently washing everything due to concern of bedbugs. The bathroom had flooding, everything was dirty, and it didn’t feel safe. Bad experience. Don’t do it. I spent extra money and drove just to not have to worry. And to shower.

Property is old and dated. The recent renovation is lipstick on a pig. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price they are charging. Was supposed to include shuttle to the port that’s why we booked here and shuttle was full and we had to take an Uber.
