The property is nice looking and friendly staff. Although, I selected this hotel for the pool, but was notified after checking in that the pool was out of service. The pillows are too hard. I would recommend offering a few different types of pillows. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned better to remove the hair from the floor.

Will not return!

Reception staff incredibly rude! Gate to street broken, was able to get out but not back in. Had to walk all the way around in the dark and the area is quite sketchy. Would have been nice to be informed of that. A/C did not work, refrigerator did not work. Had to fight to change rooms and it was late at night after a very long flight so we were exhausted. Was there three nights and did not see a smile from anyone in the reception area. They also put us down for the wrong day for the port shuttle, however the shuttle service made it work so we lucked out there. The only kind people there were one gentleman who was working in the restaurant and the gentleman who came to the room to attempt to fix the A/C and refrigerator. Definitely will not return to this establishment.

Feeling cat fished.

The room was as advertised, updated nice and clean. The amenities advertised were not at all accurate. The "breakfast" was a$70 up charge, the pool and fitness area were not available for guest use. We looked forward to lounging by the pool after traveling from our snow covered home to only find it closed. No refund or adjustment offered. Not a good way to treat your guest.
