The Courtyard Marriott at Dolphin Mall is extremely convenient for us since we are able to walk from the hotel to the mall. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very accomodating

Property needs some updating and maintenance but had a great stay and was very quiet. Breakfast was nice and peaceful the Starbucks service was very good. They should definitely lower the signature smell spray by the eating area was a little too strong. Front desk was helpful and professional.

Settling my daughter at FIU-close to shopping as the Dolphin Mall is literally a minute walk away . Very handy to pick up items for her dorm room. Great restaurants at the mall as well. Excellent customer service and friendly staff!
