Go somewhere else. The third floor had cockroaches, both the room I stayed on the second floor then the third floor on my second stay after my cruise were dirty, smoke detector kept going off, other guests taking loads out of the washing machine and no compensation for money spent. Not yo mention the second room on the 8th floor I was placed in had dirty sheets. First time at a Clarion and will be my last. Tried to have Expedia reach out to hotel since front desk receptionist and their customer care wouldn’t help me with compensation and Clarions representative hung up on the nice Expedia representative.

Hotel stay for Cruisers
We picked this hotel as an affordable place to stay that had transportation from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the cruise port (for a small fee). We arrived at 11:00 pm and we were leaving by 11 am so it served its purpose. It was not the cleanest hotel I have been in but it was not bad. We had pizza delivered at 1 am from Domino's and in the morning we walked to McDonalds for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The shuttle to port was ok, could be more organized, like taking people based on what time their cruise check in is.

Very average with extra serving of waiting
When we arrived at airport could not find shuttle and tried calling for about several times over an hour before someone finally answered. Then once at the hotel took forever get checked in…long lines. Then couldn’t find my our 2nd reservation partly my fault because it was put under 2 names but despite both rooms being booked with the same credit card.

This place definitely needs an overhaul. Our room had newer flooring (in good shape) but everything else was not very good. The employees however were great! A young fella checked us in and he was very nice. Then a middle aged lady took care of us once our room was ready and she was great as well, definitely knew her job. She spoke very fast though. Bath tub was quite stained, walls were not clean at all. Windows in bad shape, furniture pretty badly dinged up and/or peeling. Beds were very old and quite hard. Staff was great-building sucked,

Never stay here again.
From the beginning it was not a good experience. I tried to call from the airport to inquire about the shuttle and could not get an answer. Someone at the hotel appeared to pick up the phone and hang it up. We finally took an Uber for $28 and standing in line the phone rang, and we could not believe the young lady at the desk picked it up and hung it up without answering it. I made a loud comment expressing that is what she did when we called, and the next call she picked up. I asked for a manager, but there was none on duty and would not be there until the next day. The room we were assigned to smelled like mold or a gas leak and we could not stay there. We were moved to a new room. I attempted to call the manager the following day, his voicemail was full. I called back to see if he was available, and the young lady said let me check, and then hung up on me. This just cemented for me the awful management of this location.

Tired hotel
Not only is the hotel pretty tired, the service wasn't great. Long waits for a shuttle, then again at check in. Water went off for a lengthy period. The beds were pretty poor. All of which I could live with if we had paid for a budget hotel, but our price wasn't cheap. The whole place needs a total revamp, the staff need some motivating and bluntly that is probably asking too much. If you can get this hotel at a premium then go for it. If the cost is similar to other airport hotels nearby, pass

No water stay somewhere else
OK, the property itself has no water. Nothing better than not being able to take a shower first thing in the morning check-in process takes over an hour. They shut about 15 people at a time and they have one clerk to handle it. You can’t call the property. It goes through two sets of phone trees and then the front desk just hangs up cause they’re too busy. If you could figure out how to remove this from your property list I think your guest would be better off.

Poor hotel.
I booked this hotel because it stated there was a shuttle from the airport. Well, we waited almost an hour and no shuttle. When I called the hotel they said it would come in 20 mins. I was so upset considering it was already midnight. When I Uber’s to the hotel there was a 15 min wait to check in because they only had one employee and it was packed with people trying to check in. When I got to the room it stunk so bad. Crack in the sink. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
