Perfect, comfortable and clean. Excellent location

Absolutely loved this hotel as a solo traveller. Great location near South beach right next to Lincoln Road Mall with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. About a 20min walk from the beach. Staff were lovely, the rooms and premises were spotless and amenities were great. The pool was nice, large and warm. The bar drinks (lobby and pool) were great too! The highlight for me was how everything in the room (lights, climate, tv etc. ) was all controlled by your personal iPad. The shower was strong and had good force too! One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Style, Service, Location

The Citizen M has style and service and an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable with an ipad for controls. The bathroom was small but functional with a great shower. The breakfast options exceeded the usual hotel offerings and the common spaces were enjoyable.

Unfortunately not as advertised

Smelly, old hotel with a broken toilet that I had to fix every time we flushed the toilet; paper thin walls. The hotel advertised a pool bar-nope!! Was not available. You can get a pass and beach towels from the front desk and walk a block over to the beach. The halls smell like stale smoke. We had to open our windows. The people are the front desk were nice. The location is good too, but for $300, I will look elsewhere.

Very good place to stay! Close to the South Beach and Lincoln commercial walkway. A place never regret! Only the room is a little bit small, but got everything need for a comfort stay.
