CitizenM Worldcenter is a beautiful, urban hotel for all ages. When I entered the hotel, I was astonished by the decor and atmosphere of the hotel not to mention the hospitable staff. They attended to my every need. From housekeeping to the front desk agents. Everyone deserves their flowers. I cannot wait to visit here again and tell everyone I know about this hotel!

The location was perfect! Not too far from the airport and right near Bayside Market Place. I rode the (free) metromover to the museum, spa and for sushi.

Hotel room/lobby itself was great however the pool area the chairs are filthy & needs to be updated ASAP! The food menu is little to nothing. Next time I would definitely try a different location

Nice convenient affordable place to stay near Miami cruise port (minutes away). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We knew rooms were small, but perfect adjustment to the cruise. Would stay here again (and other citizenM locations) even if we weren’t taking a cruise.
