Here is New, clean, and has inside restaurant and bar. Room is tight, but high tec. Unfortunately, night pool is prohibitted to use in night.

We stayed three nights before a cruise. It is close to the cruise terminal and only a short taxi ride away. A short walk away is Bayside area and also a CVS store. All hotel staff interacted with were friendly and helpful and when checking in took the time to explain how the rooms lights, blinds, tv, were controlled by an in room iPad or app on your phone. Would recommend and definitely use a Citizen M hotel again.

DON'T DO IT!
This is a mico-hotel. The room was way smaller than I imagined. Comparatively, I would say that the size of the room gives me cruise ship room vibes. The sink was in the room. The bathroom and shower are practically in the room, not a separate room. Its just in some plastic tube/encasing. Very little privacy. Do NOT share this room that you are not comfortable being private with. There is no room in the bathroom to change, so you have to do everything in the open small room. $180 a night for this and NO PARKING! Don't do it.

The room was very small but very clean and had everything we needed. We could control lights, TV, blinds,…. With an iPad in our room. The location was great. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent.
