CitizenM Miami Downtown is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Miami. The hotel is located right in downtown, making it convenient with nearby public transport options. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and clubs within walking distance, and PortMiami is close by for those heading to cruises. The rooms are on the smaller side but designed thoughtfully to maximize comfort, and the breakfast is tasty and satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its location, amenities, and value!"

Seamless check in process. The rooms are small but clean and very modern. Everything can be controlled through the iPad provided in the room. Only drawback is that the hotel does not accept any cash. Slightly inconvenient if your card doesn’t work for any reason.
