Rooms were not spacious and they were just enough for travelers who do not spend much time in the hotel. It was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in the US. It’s best place for a good price in Miami. Would definitely return.

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s so cute and very clean. The only thing they could stand to fix is there’s a slight urine smell in the bathroom. I’m wondering if using better cleaning products would help with that? But truly, everything else was so perfect that the smell issue was easy to overlook. The room was small but adorable and I loved the iPad feature to control everything. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all so very nice. I would stay here again. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is perfect for you. 10 stars and well deserved.

I love the Citizen M chain and this one is another cool and convenient hotel. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re comfortable and nicely decorated. Make sure to get a rate that includes the breakfast!
