The in room technology was the highlight for me. You control everything in your room either with the provided iPad or from the app on your phone. My only issue was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and there was no fire.

Issues at midnight. Fire alarm turned on. Smock detector burned at property. We had to walk down at midnight. In the room we had issues with room temperature and also with the shower. Water was not coming hot

The hotel was conveniently located near stores and restaurants. A 15 minute walk get you to South Beach. However, parking is expensive at the nearby parking garages. The hotel does not provide parking.
