The hotel is in the heart of Brickell in Miami. Once you step outside, you have plenty of shopping and restaurant options to choose from. The hotel staff is friendly and the property itself was clean.

The room ridiculous. Probably fine for one person but having to crawl over each other to get in and of bed was silly. We are on a cruise ship now and our room is bigger. It was clean and all and the staff was fine but we will never stay in a citizenM hotel again
