Very small bathroom not much room to move and parking fee extremely high. Scarce towels, had to wait for 20 minutes for wash cloths and han towels upon check in

the bathroom was absolutely shameful. The bed was old and uncomfortable; the entry door needed to be kicked open, or it would not open up. the small fridge was leaking water. The iron table was broken and could not be used. The shower hose was broken. There was no toilet paper holder so you had to leave the toilet paper on the floor. The sink was leaking and was dirty.

I was told I would be notified when my room would be ready and was never notified only to hear that another customer was told the same thing and they weren’t notified. Also told the parking garage was a cheaper cost than valet and went to the garage only to find it was 4 times the cost that the front desk told me it was going to cost. Very disappointing.

Good employment, nice restaurants attached to hotel on both sides and up n down each street near buy. Next to a Maine strip for shopping as well, across the street form the beach, enjoyed my stay.

The staff at this hotel were all excellent. Very friendly and informative. The roof terrace pool area is nice and not too busy. The bars and restaurants at the hotel serve very good food and drinks. It’s expensive but it’s Miami. We upgraded to a superior king and I’m glad I did. Other rooms must be quite small. Flooring and carpet are looking old and worn but is otherwise clean. The hotel does not allow you to leave luggage under any circumstances. So if you have a late flight you will have to take your cases with you. For the price I paid I would say it was good value. Don’t expect anything other than basic but with friendly staff

Terrible rooms; they give you rooms based of off availability not what you reserved. They don’t come when you call for towels and the room was never cleaned.
