The hotel experience was great! The location is central and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing space!

We loved our stay SO much, that we booked TWICE. Our planned stay was before a cruise. Then we booked again once we disembarked. Our flight was delayed and we didnt hesitate to extend our vacation by a day and booked a THIRD time in a week. It smells LOVELY throughout. The staff was accomodating. Especially, the female manager. She is somewhat tall and thin. She was very social and effecient. The food was SO good and we loved our cocktails and bottomless mimosas. Your location just needs some minor touch ups and a decor upgrade for the indoor dining area. I highly recommend Cardozo and am always surprised by less than stellar reviews.

The location of the hotel is good and accessible to the most attractive places in south beach by walking distance. Rooms are plane. Shower is small compare to the size of bathroom. The main issue is the restaurant underneath the hotel! Our room was in floor 2 and right on top of the outdoor sitting area of the restaurant. They had DJ Saturday and Sunday night and was a horrible noise and vibration in our room that was disturbing us till 1-2 am! The staff was not helpful at all and they kept saying in 10 minuets it would be over which was a lie! This was our second time here, but for sure the last time!

We LOVED our stay there. The staff is super friendlt and accomodating. The clientele seemed very mature. The decor needs a little updating. Some minor repairs are needed. The food and drinks were excellent. Room service option would be nice. We stayed before and after a cruise to The Bahamas and had MORE fun at the hotel and the vicinity. The restaurants up and down Ocean Drive are great for brunch and dinner. The beach is literally across the street. I miss it already and can not wait to return.

The aesthetics of the building was beautiful. The restaurant was very good. The room was very nice and clean. The only downside was you could hear through the walls to the other rooms.
