our stay at the hotel came with some issues. One of the major concerns was the lack of breakfast, which we expected to be at least partially compensated with some tea and coffee, but unfortunately, even these basic amenities were not provided. Additionally, the noise from the floor above disrupted our peace and comfort.

It was a clean. Communication was very good. It lacks a common area outside for people to get together at nights. No tea or coffee was provided in the rooms and there is no coffee place close by except publix super market. There was a lot of noise from the second floor. Overall good value for the price in this expensive city.

Great for business travel

I travel weekly somewhere, and I appreciate staying at a place that is easy to access and with a simpler check in and out process. That was my experience staying with Broadway suites in Miami. I didn’t have to deal with anyone when I was tired at the end of the day. Nice location, nice place, and it was even close to a Walgreens. I will be staying with them again. Thanks!

My friends and I loved staying here. It was three of us and it felt like a vast space with all of the necessary amenities. Additionally, this place is literally close to everything in Miami. Perfect location. Our hosts were attentive and fast to respond.

Unexpectedly Stranded

I am from Colorado and only supposed to be in Miami for a quick trip with a friend. Well because of the hurricane coming in and the fact that I fly standby I couldn't get on a flight. Also my friends live in Bradenton, which was in mandatory evacuation and they had no place to go. Needless to say finding this place was just what we needed and at a reasonable price. Fit us just for what we needed and they were even accommodating of our early check in request and late check out. I would definitely consider staying with them again at this location or any other one they may own as well. Super friendly and checked in on us the whole time we were there making sure we didn't need anything. Super close to the grocery store and also has a great Italian spot right across the street I recommend! Best pasta i have ever had and the cheesecake was to die for!

Phenomenal Customer Service

Clean spacious property with really great communication! Free parking spot. There was a small issue and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Their level of customer service is top notch - they would respond to emails within minutes. Definitely recommend!

Property was okay, overall. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with small kids as it is next to downtown, Miami. Parking is easier on the street than the parking spot assigned. Furniture can use some minor fixing and doors can be difficult to open. Definitely a good stay for adults but wouldn’t recommend for a family.
