The room was dated . looked dirty..the furniture had stains..the nails are in the wall..but the pictures are gone. The air conditioner/heater worked on their on..could not use the control. The staff was nice..we wore on the 6 the floor and it was very loud from the cars in the street and the air conditioner..also the curtains looked pretty dirty....I would never stay again there

Hotel s clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was disappointing. We waited an hour and it still had not arrived - even after calling the hotel several times. We finally grabbed a taxi ($20) instead of waiting any longer.

Pick up from airport = poor pick up info from staff. Staff at checkin were very nice. Signed up for their shuttle to get to cruise terminal. After waiting for an hour we called for an Uber.

Everything was good but when I checked in was told that my Apply card would be charged again? They said a refund for the hold would be refunded? We will see they need to update their system or left people know not to use Apple Pay.. besides that everything was good.
