Great Hotel for a great price!

I read all the previous reviews before my stay and disagreed with most of the negative ones. I had a very positive experience here The hotel is in a safe area, we always felt safe. Our suite was very large and very clean. The hotel staff was always helpful. The beach access is amazing and having 2 chairs and an umbrella plus beach towels is the best. And the boardwalk is right outside the hotel so you can bike or walk alll the way to South Beach. We will definitely be staying here again. Ignore the bad reviews. This is a great place to stay !

They put me in the wrong room and then “didn’t have any rooms available” to fix it. They charged me for parking when I did not park there and brought them receipts to prove this. There is no food in the area. The rooms smell bad and they are dirty. The maid comes in the room even when you tell her not to. The staff are dumb and don’t communicate with each other. I will never stay at a best western again.

Girls trip.

Great place to stay for one night before our cruise. We loved being on the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Pool was nice also. Carpet in the hallways is really outdated. Also had carpet in the rooms.

Good location and value

The Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The location is good and has easy access to free trolly service around the South Beach area. Only negatives were the technology issues. The WiFi was overloaded and often wasn't available until it was rebooted. TV service was glitchy and door keys sometimes had to be replaced. I would stay again, but some of tech issues were annoying.

Room for Improvement

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time could of been a little bit better. The wifi didn't work the entire stay and they only had 2 wash towels for 3 people. The staff is very friendly and for the price point the hotel location is nice. It could of been a lot worse since we stayed during Spring Break.

Enjoyed the ocean view and balcony. Very nice room, very clean. Access to the beach, beach towels and beach chairs available to hotel guests. Restaurant onsite is very nice.
