Room was ok somethings were falling apart. Our sofa bed had no covers no extra pillows and it was dirty. Front desk didnt have anything to give me for it. When i booked the room it said i would only pay $22 and when i got there i was charged a $150 security deposit I knew nothing about

Disappointed overall all experience. The rooms are very basic, TV doesn’t work, the air conditioning sounds was so loud felt like the building was about to take off. No noise insulation from the outside, so expect loud car horns. The elevator did work half the time, the gym was terrible, the pool is the only good thing about this place.

Staff very friendly that is where the positives end. Rooms very very basic, cleaned every 3 days , not particularly clean any how, breakfast doesn’t start till earliest 11 !!! Could offer more which is a shame. 3/10 at best

Property was clean, however customer service was horrible. They didn’t have our room ready in time, and when we asked for the manager, they didn’t even come. There were no towels available in the morning to shower. Phone lines were not even available and even if it was in some rooms they would not answer.

The room was ok and the bed was nice. The shower didn't work properly. The front desk didn't offer a viable solution and refused to compensate us for not having a working shower. We had to move on to our next destination so we didn't have time to dispute it with them in person. They were dismissive and didn't care. The pool was kinda dirty and had cigarette butts floating in it.
