There was a day party happening in the restaurant and we were placed within walking distance of the party so it was very loud and we could hear it in our room. I called the front desk and emailed the property. Also the thermostat temperature was not adjustable. The room and hotel was nice otherwise.

Dont come to this hotel they are charging extra after couples of days in your card i am gonna take big step in this just for awareness i m putting review bcz they have your card detail and also they are charge $150 for deposit aftee deposit they took. From my account $90 and no one is replying they are doing fraud

The stay was great! The pool area was well kept and had accommodations like towels, sunscreen, and cooling lotion. Which made the relaxation experience wonderful. The restaurant staff is very kind, however the food is a bit pricey with small portions. The local restaurants and grocery store in walking distance had a lot of selection so that was the perfect alternative for our stay.

DONT STAY HERE

Horrible Service , Very Dirty . The bathtub knob was broken prior to us coming and couldn’t take a proper bath. The room we booked MONTHS in advanced was not given to us and they claimed to not have it available when we first booked which makes no sense . Why have it available if it wasn’t and why not contact us when you know it was available ! The manager “Kiarra” if she even is a manager is never present .. they don’t answer the phones and the customer service is asssss

Super comfortable and clean room. The pool was amazing, and check-in was super easy and quick. The only “issue” was that they asked us to fill out a form with our breakfast preferences and the time we wanted it delivered to the room, but we didn’t receive it on any of the days we stayed there. We had to go to the lobby to get it — and only because we called to ask about it. We also paid a cleaning fee of $26 per day, but our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. These aren’t major problems, just areas where a bit more organization would help. Other than that, everything was very good.

The service was OK. Norma at the front counter was amazing. The pool area was nice and relaxing, but my room was uncomfortable. My shower did not work properly. My sheets had stains on them. There was no microwave in the room. The AC work, but there was no heat on the patio. You need shoes on they don’t give you any coupons for the restaurant or any discounts and the food is expensive.
