Have been staying at this location for the last year plus. We have seen a steady decline in the condition of the hotel. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy but there is a security guard at night. Breakfast in the morning is good

The property was conveniently located and away from the fray. It was disappointing that the machine was removed. Breakfast was better than we expected. Overall, we had a positive experience.

The hotel was not horrible room smelled kinda funky and wasn't super clean. I kinda had a bad vibe in Florida city and after googling it Florida city is ranked the most dangerous city in Florida. We didn't have any issues while we were there but be alert. The garbage truck came at 3am to empty the dumpster which was magical. I am pretty sure it woke up the hotel. Same breakfast everyday but the hotel served its purpose.

Unfortunately this property was dated and very dusty. The staff was polite and helpful and there wasn’t anything outright unclean, just the overall condition (curtains, bedding) felt dusty.

The place was ok. Hair all over the ground, linens, and towels. Breakfast was decent. Location is perfect for the Everglades and the keys. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. The floors just looked and felt dirty. Pool was also dirty and my kids wouldn’t swim. Staff was nice.

Lamenant floor were very dirty. Spilled some water and very surprised how dirty the brown flooring was (151). Hopefully they take notice of the skilled hand towels. Shower grout on bottom 4 rows of tile was black.
