This property is described as art deco but it has a 1920's feel to it. The property is old and a bit noisy but we were there during spring break unfortunately. Our room was small, especially the bathroom but it served its purpose for the few nights we spent there. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant was the best part about it. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants.

Perfect place to stay the day before a cruise.

This hotel is perfectly located on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach near restaurants, the beach, everything! Once you get there, you just walk everywhere. The rooms are clean and small, but what we expected for an older building in the middle of everything. They have the cutest little area to relax and lounge outside of the rooms.

A nice little gem.

I had an overnight stay before embarking on a weeklong cruise. The location is prime area. A short walk across the street and you are at the ocean. They offered complimentary use of their property bikes. I recommend a stay there. Lots of delicious food options nearby. And if you forget any travel essentials, the Walgreens is next door.

The location was excellent. You need to walk across the boardwalk/street to get to the beach. You cannot see the beach from the property. The room is small. The bathroom is tiny. The building is old, but the room felt clean. The two bed queen room was too small for 3 people. The beach was gorgeous.

The hotel is a wreck and it feels like it has been abandoned and under maintained for a long time. I find the photos showing the rooms to be quite misleading. The room was one of the supposedly premium ones overlooking at the beach. The space was very small, with no decoration and comforts. The room had literally one chair, one table, one side-bed table (never seen that before!), a rusty cupboard and a noisy mini refrigerator that had to unplug every night. There was an intercom phone on the side bed table with no cable! so only for decoration. The bathroom was so tiny, that you could not even fit sitting on the toilet. The room had paper thin walls, could listen the neighbors talking and even flushing the toilet. There was also a moldy smell in the room. They charge resort fees and the check in time was at 4 PM, they did not offer any convenience for an earlier check in. Noise level from Ocean Dr. was also very high. Overall I do not recommend.
