Ok stay

We stayed in a King suite. The room and living area were large but poorly distributed. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we were only given 2 towels when the room sleeps 4. Breakfast was extremely basic - bagels, yogurt cups, hard boiled eggs, OJ and coffee. Overall it was an ok stay but I wouldn’t come back.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the way my stay has been handled with respect to your pet policy. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was because it is advertised as pet-friendly. However, I was surprised and quite unsettled to receive a warning stating that if my dog barks, I could be asked to leave the premises. It is unreasonable for a pet-friendly hotel to threaten guests simply because a dog may bark, which is natural behavior. While I understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests, there should be a more understanding and balanced approach—especially from a hotel that welcomes pets. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed, and that in the future, communication with pet owners be handled with more respect and consistency with the pet-friendly status that your hotel promotes.
