Booked and paid for room months ago. When I got there I was told I got upgraded, when in fact it was a far down grade. Once I saw the same room I had paid for because my other family was in it. Very disappointed in the lie from The company. And then to only give me 80 dollars back. The room was dirty, pee on the floor in the bathroom, grout smeared about the shower. Thanks for the upgrade.

Differently use again. Rooms where comfortable clean plenty of amenities. Restaurants and convenience stores with in a reasonable 2-5 minute walk.

Check in lasted a couple hours, housekeeping cleaning now, the estimated time question was answered Ill call housekeeping and let you know. Did not let us know. We sat for an hour and then asked again, after waiting in the line again which was as long as the room, I asked again, can you tell us when our room will be ready? She clicks on her computer some more, the housekeeping is just starting. I say what she told me last time, she gives me drink tickets for the bar. Cause that's really what my kids need right now after being up since 2AM traveling all day

Beautiful hotel with a great view from the balcony! We were just there as a stopover one night, but enjoyed the spacious room and liked that we were in a walkable area. Above average continental breakfast.

Horrible experience. Not recommended for families with children. Stayed for 2 night with my family and literally could not get any sleep due to the amount of noise from the party rooms around us, hanging out in the hallways, smoking, screaming. My 3 year old woke up few times from the scream of the neighbors girls having...at 3am, called front desk 3 times but no answer. NO WIFI what so ever and this was a big downfall for us since we were international travelers with no US data, again complained to front desk 2 times but nothing again! Stay away.

Great stay in Miami

This was a family vacation. We stayed two nights in Miami before going on our cruise. We got in early and were allowed to check in a couple hours early. This hotel was a little confusing because our hotel was actually a few floors up. I guess it was two hotels in one. At first we didn’t know where the continental breakfast was. We figured that out on our last day. It was advertised that there was some sort of happy hour with drinks but never found that. Even though things were a little confusing we did enjoy our stay. Staff was nice and accommodating. Great stay in Miami.

I had a quick and easy check in. The room had a nice balcony to enjoy the view of the sky rises at night. The room was updated and spacious. It was a 1 bedroom suite with a pullout couch. 2 bathrooms were convenient as I went with my kids. There was an eat-in counter in the kitchen with a sink, microwave, mini fridge and coffee station. They had complimentary breakfast on the top floor and it was good along with coffee, tea, and juices. All the attendees were so nice and welcoming. There is construction going on in the front of the building but from the 22nd floor, I couldn’t hear anything. It is walking distance to many dining places and shopping. It was an easy walk. The monorail is close by as well. I would definitely recommend this spot.
