Very Happy NYE
This hotel is the happening place in South Beach. Mostly younger hip crowd. The gym in this hotel is unlike any other hotel gym. They have free weights, squat racks, bench, everything a normal gym has. It’s awesome!

The hotel was nice but not as a 5 star hotel! The room service was average! They didn't clean the room and only changed the towels and didn't even bother to take the wet towels out or organize.the room nicely! The breakfast was below average for a 5 star hotel! They forced me to upgrade the room and charged me almost 600$ extra for a room almost similar with what I already have booked! The elevators were a head ache and I used the stairs most of the time! For check out it took me over 10 minutes to be able to take one empty elevator! I think half of elevators weren't working! The bathroom was also below average! Didn't have many things and the toilet clotted twice! Overall I wasn't happy with our stay! I think 3 star is a fair review for it!
