I had a room on the 5th floor, right underneath the main restaurant-outdoor terrace. Terrible noise of rearranging of furniture and cleaning late around midnight and early around sunup. Hardly got any sleep. Otherwise OK.

Staff was great, breakfast is served until 10 but if you arrived 9:30 it feels like you are eating leftovers and they removed or run out of the daily bread. Policemen can be not nice when you are trying to get into your hotel after midnight since the street it’s close.

This hotel was exceptional!!! We stayed here to celebrate my Grandma's 90th Birthday, however during that time also celebrated my Dad's birthday. The hotel staff was attentive to assisting us with what we planned on our itinerary including transportation, tours and reservations. Special thank you to Rebecca, Viv, Michelle and Fern for all your help in making such a memorable trip for all 28 of us!!

Loved the daily breakfast rooftop and open cafe - both included free with Expedia package. They also offer a free walking tour thru the hotel which is worthwhile to understand the area. All other excursions were taken via Uber and was easy to use from this location. Staff is excellent (although a little bit of Spanish helps everywhere you go)

My wife and I stoped by for a weekend and I honestly cant say enough of how good this hotel was to us. The staff is great! From the guys waiting for you at the entrance getting your suitcases to cleaning staff and lobby staff and the waiters in the restaurant! Great overall experience. It is located in such a safe environment in the city and we felt so part of the culture here and we would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. We felt safe and comfortable here.
