It is nice to just cross a bridge and be practically in the airport. Walkable distance. Personal very friendly. Good restaurant in (seafood) and out (Wings) just crossing over the side of the hotel,

Our stay was a quick one because we had an early flight the next day. We booked an inner room (no view) and it was like a tomb. Super quiet, clean and comfortable. We were able to be rested for our early flight the next day.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The description said it included a shuttle service from and to the airport, this is untrue. We had to pay our own cab fare because they said their shuttles were unavailable. The description also said it included breakfast, not true, no breakfast was provided. It’s an old hotel with very small rooms. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Keys had to be reprogrammed everyday.. reception staff was very rude when I asked them to assist me in reprogramming the key.. the gentleman that assisted us to put the luggage in the car to head back to the airport was extremely rude and unprofessional he literally yelled at us to get in the car .. put four of us in a very small car .. mind you my brother was in a wheelchair.. we were heading to terminal 1 he was not listening to what I was telling him and I speak fluent Spanish.. I also advised him my sister was heading to terminal 2 and put just her in a big van instead of us he was talking over me and would not hear me out NEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY AT THAT HOTEL

No shuttle despite messages telling me about it.
Hotel sent me a message confirming a 24-hour shuttle service from the airport. I arrived in the evening, and was told there was no shuttle service and I should get a taxi. Hotel would then not refund taxi fare. I picked this hotel specifically because of the shuttle service. Return to the hotel was a cramped taxi, even though the shuttle busses were parked outside. Not recommended if you want the shuttle service.

Clean, friendly and efficient staff, nice rooms. The pillows are absolutely terrible though, please ask for firmer pillows or bring your own, I messed up my neck and it’s been a week since and nothing has helped.

There is a door between the rooms, separate room I mean. Of course the door can not be opened from the other room, but it still fell unsafe.

Hotel seems nice and near airport but we were told we could get shuttle but weren’t able to get through to hotel on phone number given….then eventually someone answered and then we were told to catch taxi and we’d be reimbursed….but we weren’t…so bit disappointing as we also had to pay for bus from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1….
