I know it's an aparthotel but they only provided me with a bath towel and no hand towel. I had to beg for one, and then when the cleaning lady would come (every 3 days), she would take it away and I had to go down and beg for a hand towel. And every time, I was reminded they were an aparthotel. It was the same with an iron. On top of this, the floors in the bathroom were very slippery, and without a bath rug, worse. As a matter of fact, I slipped and got quite bruised.

Very clean, awesome service from staff and overall very lovely and easy to check in and out ! They have valley parking as well and it was super easy to request the car, rooftop view at night is awesome too!

There is only one improvement I would make, and it would be a bathroom door for privacy. Privacy is a must for me and the bathroom curtain isn't my choice.

Mi estadía duró 3 días y 2 noches, me gustó mucho el lugar,la decoración, muy vintage, con lo necesario en la habitación. Me gustó que estaba muyy limpio. Las cosas que me hicieron falta en la habitación las pedí personalmente y me las dieron porque les hablé por WhatsApp y no me contestaron. Sin duda si regresaría al hotel Utópic y lo recomendaría.

Ear plugs? Really? Don't bother staying there
This property is on a busy street, noise comes into the rooms and we could not sleep at all. It is so well known of a problem that they "kindly" leave ear plugs for you on the night-stands. Really? Ear plugs??? I had never heard of a hotel (pushed by Hotels.com BTW) that has a noise problem so bad that they leave ear-plugs for you. Property management was totally aware of the situation and they even give scripts to the front desk people to tell clients when they realize this issue. After several attempts to get a refund (as I had to leave the property and was also instructed to do so by Hotels.com), there was no refund made from the property and Hotels had to step in and compensate part of the stay, which did not fix my problem anyway.

What a nice place to stay. I chose a room with no windows, so it was like a batcave to me BUT, I still loved it. The people was AMAZING. It is well located too. Locals come to the area for a run and there are many restaurants at walking distance. I RECOMMEND

Walls way too thin. Loud music all night. Had to sleep with ear plugs. Heater not working and the room was super cold. Would not stay here again. The night receptionist guy super polite and helpful.
