The property is on a very busy intersection so there is alot going on in terms of traffic. We were on the 10 th floor so had a great view of the sunrise and could easily get to the rooftop for beautiful views around the city. Many restaurants nearby. Great grocery store nearby so that you can prepare a meal or two. Extremely helpful concierge. Very handy laundry. Would have liked a couple more coffee pods or information as to where to buy more! Check in and check out made easy, though this was a New experience for us, with check in essentially online with instructions and passcode. what we had was a one bedroom apartment. Very noisy on a Friday night but less so as weekend progressed.

Great spot for a few days

Lovely spot for a few days in Mexico City. Rooms are nice, gym was well-equipped and I appreciated having WiFi throughout the building. Karol, Liz, Javi and Isa at the front desk were fantastic throughout my stay!

The place is nice but it is more suitable for a younger crowd. The first night there was a party and the music was so loud till 2-3 am. Also there is only one window in the bedroom and no window in the living area and kitchen. As a result, when other units cooked they left their door open to let the smell out and everyone's unit smelled like what they cooked. Also, the bathroom light was more like ambiance light and you couldn't see to put makeup or shave. The doors were also poorly situated. If you spend the closet door you blocked the restroom and if you open the bedroom door, it blocked the bedside table. The whole set up was a bit off. On the other hand, the staff was great, kind and helpful.

Basically you are renting a small apartment. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's centrally located. Easy to get an Uber to anywhere. Being that it is not a hotel as such, there is no maid service unless you want to pay for it. There is a full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals, open cans, heat water, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and you get a couple of cartridges. After that you need to go to a department store that is about 20 minutes away to get more cartridges. The machine takes the smallest cartridges. I suggest you bring some with you and some powdered creamer. Would I stay there again. Yes! Without a doubt.

We loved our stay at Uliv, it was so easy to get all things. Good local restaurants and so much to do. The apartment was great and top views over the city. Great to see the sunset on the top floor balcony. We would definitely book next time we visit.

ULIV This hotel was a great base in Roma Norte for me and my sister, while we explored Mexico City for the first time. The bed was really comfortable. It was so great to have a kitchenette to make coffees and teas in the morning and enjoy fresh fruits that we picked up at the market. No need to buy bottled water as there is a filtered water tap in the suite. There was always someone at the front desk to help. Liz and Karol checked us in and helped with questions about the rooftop patio and Laundry room. Javi lent us his charging cable because my sister forgot hers. And Isa was so nice about getting us a 1-2 extra coffee pods when we ran out. The service is great! The rooftop patio was really nice, we went up for sunrise views from the business centre and watched the sunset with many other people staying at the hotel up on the patio. Being able to meet other occupants in these beautiful common areas and the friendly service made the hotel feel more communal and homey than a business hotel. Our room was a bit noisy because of the street traffic but that too was resolved by asking for earplugs at the front desk. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Convenient location on busy corner so there is noise from cars whizzing y the streets. The staff is very friendly, the suit was clean but very sterile . And there was a huge broken bowl as the centerpiece of the table. The kitchen space is functional and good but generally the hotel room had no personality, warmth. Just a basic space

I loved the location and the room was spacious and clean. But it was beyond noisy and intolerable. I live in New York under the Brooklyn bridge and this apartment in Mexico City was so much noisier you felt you were outside. And it was all night long. Also our giant balcony had one chair randomly. No coffee for machine and not even any water upon welcome. Just completely bare and lacking basic amenities.

Great location/hotel, needs better cleaning

The hotel is in a great location and our balcony on the 13th floor was amazing! You can see that some of the work was rushed (painted in the floors, glass, etc) and the cleanliness was questionable. If they address their cleaning issues I think this place is great.
