VERY helpful, welcoming staff at all times in all ways. Fabulous roof deck, good gym, and a few private work areas. Very clean, modern with easy mini kitchen, dining/work tables, tv, shower, closet space and bedding. Good plugs and bedding and lighting. Great location. Great breakfast spot 2 blocks away We went every day. Excellent value.

It was hard to reach someone via app so I would have to go to the lobby to speak to anyone. The room sheets had hair from other previous guests. The restroom toilet was also not as clean since there was hair as well on it. The portable a/c unit controller was not reading well and would not read the actual temperature. Once you go to the lobby they were very nice and helpful.

I fell in love with this hotel immediately. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property was clean and well kept. The roof top offered an amazing 360 views of the city. My room was simply the best. I honestly did not want to leave. For me it was 10/10. Close to everything, if you want to walk and most means of transportation is close by.
