The hotel is very central. The gym, pool, restaurants and services are excellent as is the room cleaning. The air conditioning is abit noisy though. Being next to the American Embassy makesit interesting. If using the taxis from the hotel, check the ptices.. they can and do change.

My Sheraton stay was perfect! Staff was super helpful and attentive. Lots of options for activities around the area and plenty of dining options within the hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet it is made to order as well. Facility was clean and room was spacious. I would stay here again anytime! 10/10 ☺️

This building is very outdated. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors talking. I had to call the front desk to complain at 1am about it. There was no hot water when I woke up at 430am. There was also a bug that got into my room on the 9th floor.

Service was 2 star level. Coffee machine was not working and it took them 2 days to get someone to replace the machine after I made a serious complaint at the front desk. Carpet was ripped. Other than Name quality of the hotel was 3 star and service was 2 star level.
