I went to this Hotel because It has a pool but when we arrive we can’t used my trip was business and I bring my kid to the pool he couldn’t And the room was not clean anytime The housekeeper never show up

Great hotel - Good location - Very happy
We really like this hotel. This is the second time we've stayed here and would do so again. They have an extensive brunch buffet though it is a bit pricey. If you want to eat a lot though, it's totally worth it. Lot of variety. If you don't want to eat at the hotel, there is a plaza with food options on the other side of the highway (with a walking bridge over the highway to reach it) and a large mall only about 5 minutes away by taxi, uber, or if you are adventurous, bus. Would recommend.

Hotel Royal Pedregal: No Cumplen con los Servicios Prometidos Mi estancia en el Hotel Royal Pedregal fue una gran decepción. Elegí este hotel por su supuesta categoría de lujo y los servicios que promocionan, especialmente el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, ya que es esencial para mi trabajo y descanso. Soy un viajero constante miembro diamante de Hiton y miembro Gold de Marriot, conozco hoteles sus buenas y malas cosas. Mi experiencia en el hotel Royal Pedregal: Desde la primera noche, el aire acondicionado no funcionó, y el personal del hotel no pudo solucionarlo hasta el día siguiente. La solución que me ofrecieron fue un simple abanico, lo cual es inadmisible para un hotel de esta categoría. Pasé seis noches incómodas, sudando y con el ruido del abanico, lo que afectó mi capacidad para trabajar y descansar. La falta de atención y la ineficacia del personal para resolver un problema básico como el aire acondicionado muestran una grave deficiencia en el mantenimiento y el servicio al cliente. No recomendaría este hotel a ningún viajero que busque una estancia confortable y sin problemas. Este hotel no cumple con los servicios que promociona, y mi experiencia fue sumamente negativa.
