Great location and quiet. Housekeeping only provided 1 bath towel for a few days even when there are 2 guests in room. Aircon stopped working one night but staff was able to switch us to another room after asking them twice to fix the Aircon.

The NH Reforma is a nice hotel but we paid extra for a room with a balcony and boy was that a mistake, we ended up on the side of the hotel that overlooks the street with a lot of bars and the hotel pool. This is the loudest room I have ever stayed in, parties outside until 4 am everyday. We asked to be moved and even downgraded in a room to the quiet side of the hotel that our friends were on, and after initially being told it wasn’t a problem and packing up all our stuff, we were told the hotel was sold out and they could not move us. Aside from the noise and unhelpful front desk staff, the hotel is nice for the rate and close to all the things. So if you’re not good with loud noise, just make sure to NOT book a balcony room and make sure at check in you’re on the quiet side!

Overall, it was a nice stay. We did have to move rooms because our initial one was dark and had leaking issues with the shower. But once they moved out room to a higher a floor, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is walking distance from great eateries like Taqueria “Orinoco”, coffee shops and a great launch pad to see the rest of the city like Polanco, Xochimilca and others.

The staff’s demeanor was unfriendly and indifferent. Despite repeated requests for the bottle of wine that was supposed to be provided for each room, I was consistently ignored and never got it. The hotel’s location near various restaurants and its walkable distance are commendable, but these advantages are overshadowed by the subpar cleanliness of the rooms and the inadequate cleaning of the bathrooms. The photographs provided do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the accommodations. Best to stay elsewhere.

I have stayed at this property a few times, and they were very good before. This time I did not receive the size of bed I paid for, the food in the restaurant was clearly brought out after it was out the previous day, and the valet parking was nowhere in sight when we arrived after 12 am. I had to park my own car more than once. I might not come back to this hotel.
