The location of the hotel is great.
The rooms do not have air conditioning, no desk, insufficient place to put suitcases conveniently.
Biggest issue is manager at reception is largely inaccessible despite calling, texting. This became an issue when we wanted to check out one day early (we stayed 3 nights). We learned that only the manager can do refunds. She was not in hotel when she was supposed to be. She did not respond to calls. When we finally saw thel manager, she refused to refund us for 4th night even though we cleared the room, returned key and notified person at reception early in the morning on day of checkout.
The manager refused to call her manager, but eventually manager came. Jennifer lied about being at the hotel the day before but later admitted she was not there.
Too much hassle, nonsense. It is too bad as these issues could be addressed but no will to do so.
