Tiis would be for me the best option to stay in Mexico City. Ot is located in Polanco area close to many many dining options for breakfast Lunch and dinner. This hotel has an excellent service room sizes are very comfortable breakfast is very good. We will keep staying at this hotel for future visits.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom ventilation system was broken, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to fix it. On top of that, when I ran out of drinking water, I called room service three times – no response, no water delivered. Housekeeping was a joke. One day they completely skipped my room, and another day they just made the bed without touching the bathroom or replacing the towels. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort were not priorities here. This experience was beyond disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’m shocked they’re allowed to keep their five-star rating. Definitely not worth the money.

The city is beautiful. The staff such as. Waiters , house keeping excellent but checking in we weren’t received as the staff received others. I had to explained about the breakfast part of the deal. It was never offered it even though I knew we had it. Up grades 0. Nada and Expedia will do nothing about it. The people, places to go out and ear are great
