They have bedbugs and no protocol whatsoever to handle them. They made me switch rooms and that's it. Also the elevator was out of service the entire stay. The only good thing about this property is its location - the nightly fee is inexpensive, but doesn't matter much when I must take my luggage to a cleaning service to make sure I don't bring any bedbugs home.

Me encanta que es un hotel muy bien cuidado y su precio es bueno. Yo pondría puertas en las duchas que no tienen, pues se sale el agua a gotas, pero de ahí en fuera, todo perfecto

Este hotel está todo bien pero está viejo necesitan remodelarlo, sus toallas súper viejitas. Por lo demás esta bien. Muy limpio y muy económico, Recurve 8 días de agosto 16 al 24 pero tuve una emergencia en mi casa y tuve que dejar el hotel perdí 5 noches ya pagadas, hablé con los del hotel si me podían reembolsar mi dinero les mande un imail. Me gustaría saber si se puede rembolsar ya que tenía Aceguranza

Staff was unprofessional, unaccommodating and lacked people skills. Unwilling to provide information about property or its surroundings. Shower did not have a door and bathroom flooded. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. No closet to hang clothing. Corridor leading to room was narrow and we had difficulty getting luggage through. All in all one of my worst experiences in the hospitality industry.
