Overall disappointing. The hotel facilities are very old and the hygiene is poor. The surface of the chairs in the room is very dirty, with a lot of liquid stains, which is disgusting! The front desk service is generally good, but there is a female waiter who is not very friendly and very impatient.

It is a beautiful old hotel -museum. Food was average. Service was great. Huge rooms with all the basic amenities, no robes nor slippers. No swimming pool, the sauna wasn't advertised and the spa have just one therapist. No appointments available for all of us. Some area of the hotel are rented for events, so we have to surrounded the area. Is a good experience and the location is superb.

Best place in The City

Thus is one of the best places to stay in CDMX. It’s at a perfect location! It’s beautiful inside and it has great service. You can walk close to the neighboring area of La Roma and also walk to the Angel of Independence, where you can take one of those City Bus tours that take you around all the spots you need to see. They have great room service and the staff is very attentive. It’s old school hospitality set of mind.

I often stay at this Hotel Geneve. It's a historic property with on-site restaurant and bar. Located walking distance near many good restaurants and sites. Uber is extremely simple to get to the Zócalo or any other location.
