This hotel is one of the older ones on reforma. Suitable for a few days. Old lobby and facilities, but that is it's charm from the past! Enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet and the attention given there. Did not enjoy the second shift head bellhop as he was not accommodating nor provided receptus reply to my request. Other than that I recommend this hotel. Checkout was seamless.

The staff were super kind and they went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived super early in the morning. Our room was super clean and I enjoyed the room service. Great location and I will definitely stay again!
