The staff were very good, breakfast was so so, next to a big grocery store chain. Walkable to Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine. Less than $10 for uber from airport. Big room, clean.

Resort is safe and in good distance from basilica. My low review is due to the staff, specifically the man that runs the breakfast area. The man who is standing over you hovering around you just scolding you for everything in the breakfast area is a real bully. We were there 4 days and he would just be hovering over us acting like he owned the place. I wouldn’t go back because I don’t want to deal with him. The reception desk staff is very nice. Also there’s no wash cloths or hand towels.

Everything was great, the only thing bathroom doesn't have air extractor,after using it,very foggy and smelling. No aire or windows..otherwise it will be perfect..special thanks to the clean lady very nice and hard worker..

Its very clean property but noly dowfall is the food we we stayed 5 days with free breakfast and all 5 days with same food.Angeles and Raquel were really nice tho.they tried to communicate and acknowledged oir needs.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Everyone was kind and helpful with everything we needed. Had an issue with the drainage and they fixed it that dame day. Location is great and close to la villa. Overall really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you everyone!
