It's fine. Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood. There is no AC, which usually isn't a problem in cdmx but it can now be w climate change. Also, they use a rather unpleasant smelling cleanser the scent of which pervades the room at times. It was a good enough place, but don't expect anything too special
The hotel with modern design in good location and great helpful and kind stuff is a good place in Mexico city to stay. The only flaw is the noise of otger rooms. Passangers come at midnight and talk loudly and you can hear the sound of buzzer of maun door all tge time.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated. However, there was no fresh air. Our balcony room opened up to an enclosed space in the center of the hotel. There’s no AC but the weather in Mexico City didn’t require it. A fan was provided with both heating and cooling settings. The hotel is a 15-20 min walk from the angel/reforma where there’s more people and shopping centers. It a relatively safe area, locals mind their own business and can be seen walking their dogs in the evenings. Uber will be required for the historic center, la condesa, roma & coyoacán unless you don’t mind walking over 40 - 60min.
The stay was fine, nothing special. Unfortunately the room had no AC and there was a funny smell of stagnant water lingering in the bathroom throughout our stay. Location was fine and staff were very friendly.
I can’t recommend this spot enough to anyone and everyone. Starting with how genuine amd professional everyone is. The facilities are tasteful to the last detail. The area is very connected to all the right spots particularly if you’re just getting your foot in the door in CDMX.
The place was nice, also very clean. The staff was very friendly. The only thing was I didn't have any warm or hot water in my room, but the staff was quick to solve this issue.
The hotel could be great if it was cleaned daily and swept.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
New, Clean, high spec finishes. excellent staff. Great location.
But the room had no direct natural light or ventilation AND had no mechanical ventilation. Staff lent me a fan and I had the bathroom vent running most of the time.
Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Good conditions, spotless clean and well decorated, it is absolutely a gem for the price. The staff is very very nice and solving oriented. It’s worth noting -though- that the rooms don’t have air conditioning (I didn’t mind at all considering CDMX weather) also it’s not so centric, it’s not located in a lively area, so you’ll need an uber or taxi pretty much every time you go out. But overall it added a nice touch of comfort to my CDMX trip, I would definitely stay in Casa Olea again.
Hidden gym, with spacious rooms out the way but not far from what’s going. Within mins to Roma Norte and all your other favorite pockets in CDMX. If they had a pool or hot tub that would have been the icing on the cake.

My friend and I enjoyed our time at Casa Olea. Only downside is no AC, but I see that is a condition for a lot of properties in Mexico City. Other than that, the process for checking in and out was seamless! Rooms were nice, clean, and tended to daily! There is security on site and keyed entry is required. Ubers got there easily and it was close to the main areas for tourism. Less than 10 min drive to most places. Staff is nice and accommodating but speaks minimal English so be prepared to use Google translate! However, they did help us book excursions and give great food suggestions as well. For the price it was an excellent stay, we’ll be back !
The other guests were so loud and playing music all night. Otherwise the stay wasn’t a bad spot but they don’t have air conditioning and no microwave to heat your food up.
Quiet, clean and good service. Nice linens and spacious room. The only thing not ideal for me personally was the memory foam mattress, it is too soft for my needs. I would also consider a thin neck/head pillow. The ones provided are a bit thick.
