This property is outstanding! They were so helpful and accommodating to anything I asked or needed! I’m a solo traveler so I usually ask a lot of questions. They were all so helpful! Shout out to Eumir, Saul, Edgar, and Miguel. I hope I spelled them correctly! The room was super cozy and very clean. I loved it! Restaurant was very good too! Great location. Great property that is spotlessly maintained. David and the crew at reception were always available to help in anyway. Housekeeping was also quick to respond with anything we requested. Security at the front entrance gives you peace of mind. If you’re facing the street the noise is very apparent on Friday and Saturday nights but otherwise tolerable. After all it is a city of nine million people. Be sure to check out Chef Aaron’s restaurant adjacent to the hotel. If you thought breakfast was good then you’re in for a treat at dinner. Excellent food (art on a plate) with a fantastic cocktail menu prepared by Maria-Jose. Ask her to make you a fruit loop cocktail. Sounds odd, tastes amazing. Enjoy your stay in CDMX.

Fantastic

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mexico City. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. During my time at Amberes 64, I truly enjoyed my time there. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all were able to speak in both Spanish and English. My room was very spacious and I appreciated that every day, we were given two bottles of water, as well as two additional Nespresso pugs. I stayed at Amberes 64 for a little over a week and the location is perfect, as there are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as a very affordable mini grocery store called BBB next door. During my stay, I did have an issue with the room and I want to give credit to the hotel manager Manuela Franco for being so accommodating and providing a very reasonable way solution to the problem that made both of us happy. It's always an additional bonus when the hotel management is willing to listen to the guests and work with them. Thank you, Manuela, for making my time at Amberes 64 even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying at Amberes 64 both for their customer service, spaciousness of the rooms, as well as their location. My room was located at the back of the hotel and I did not hear any of the noise from the streets below.

The hotel itself is really nice, modern, clean, high end facilities. Unfortunately it is in the pink district, right in front of very active night clubs. Although the windows did reduce noise significantly, it is not enough for a light sleeper. Other than that, breakfast is served at the table and not a lot of options to choose from. Which is not my preference for Mexican breakfast. It was served beautifully but portions are small and not satisfying, and server was not happy to serve and looked at you funny if you asked for refill juice or extra piece of toast. Other than that, the hotel is very equipped with anything you need for a comfortable stay. Including small Gym, small sauna, buisness lounge and attached Bar. If you don't mind the noise and crowd till 4 am, it's an excellent hotel, few min walk to Reforma and Plaza de Angel.
