Chiederò un rimborso totale più risarcimento. Ho avvisato l’albergo con una e-mail che sarei arrivata tardi ma non mi hanno risposto. Quando siamo arrivati non c’era nessuno alla reception, abbiamo seguito le istruzioni per il check inviando messaggi a tutti i numeri ma nessuno ci ha risposto Ora sono le 2 del mattino e stiamo cercando di dormire in macchina davanti alla struttura. Intollerabile direi dopo aver pagato 250 euro la camera. Zero assistenza Expedia zero comunicazione con la struttura. Zero zero zero tutto

The property was well-maintained, clean, and with very little road noise. I think that the building may be older, which is fine! The reason I think so is that the floors squeaked as I walked over them. It was not a problem for me as I was on the second floor. I would stay there again.

Good Inn to stay overnight between monumnet valley and Moab.The rooms have been refurbished and are comfort. Very small town with a steak house, a gas station and a 7-eleven.

The hotel was great. Rooms have been refurbished and are nice. They have added a great outdoor pool and hot tub that overlook the San Juan River. This hotel is very convincement to Monument Valley. The only downside is there are limited dining options in this town. The hotel has also reported some vehicle break-ins recently so recommended taking all valuables into the room.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Definitely will stay here again. Clean and co for table room. You can hear and see the roaring San Juan River from our room. The pool is amazing and totally unexpected. Seems like I’m on tropical vacation.

Hat Rock Inn rocks.
Outside looks are deceiving. It's whats on the inside that counts and Mexican Hat did not disappoint. Inside was neat, clean, bath was excellent, big towels. good water. Front desk , very helpful. Answering questions and information. Would definitely stay there again.
