The hotel is nice but I don’t know why they don’t have queen size beds. And the stand up shower wouldn’t stop leaking water out all over the bathroom floor.

There was nothing unique about the property, they claim to be a high end hotel, yet they have these issues. I will never stay with them again! 1. They over charged me by $383.41 (pesos) 2. No parking available, other then the back where is dark and secluded. 3. The bathroom had an old, musty and sewer smell.

The hotel had a very exclusive vibe. Property is very clean and I felt very safe with the security staff always visible and present. The staff was very helpful and always friendly ready to Respond to our questions and concerns. Looking forward to staying here again.

Hotel Lucerna was not quite what I expected, but it had some nice amenities that made the stay more enjoyable. They maintain their pool well, and the multiple dining options were a plus. The small gym was a nice touch too. During our stay, it was extremely hot, so we spent most of our time indoors. While the air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool, it was very noisy, which was a bit disruptive. The room itself was decent but could have been cleaner. We stayed for a week, and while it was a good choice for this trip, I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
