THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND WORKED WELL. BEING DISABLED, THE HOTEL AREA WAS EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT TO THE CASINO. WE HAD TO DRIVE FROM OUR ROOM TO THE CASINO, SO WE DIDN'T SPEND ANY TIME THERE. ONLY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT.

The property is very dated and definitely was not what I was expecting. There was no fridge, microwave or even a ventilation fan in the bathroom. The pillows had no support and the beds were very uncomfortable. The elevators smelled terrible. This really didn’t feel like even a 2 star hotel. With how the casino floor looks it appears plenty of revenue is made. The hotel / casinos where we are from in Washington are very nice even the smaller ones. We have Emerald Queen Casino and BJ Bingo that we frequent which are considerably nicer. Customer amenities needs to move up the list of importance.

The elevator was broken and I’m 61 years old and they put me on the top floor so it was hard for me to get up the stairs! The water in the shower was barely lukewarm.
