It's a casino/hotel so it automatically comes with the baggage of a gambling enterprise. I don't care for that environment but I knew what I was booking. All in all, the property is in good shape and I have no complaints. There was some break in communications between the front desk and housekeeping - they came to my room for stayover service both days when I had asked them not to do so - and between the restaurant and the front desk - a confusion on restaurant room charges - both of which seemed like poor service for a major hotel.

I will never stay here again. This has got to be one of the nastiest outdated hotels I’ve ever stayed at. This place hasn’t been updated since the 80’s and I’m not lying. I will pay extra for a nicer hotel somewhere else. The staff that checks you in was rude as well. The staff that cleans the rooms very nicer and more respectful. If I could put no stars for some I would.
