The hotel is under renovation. No big deal. But with extremely long wings, you should probably put in another elevator. The current one is really slow.

Awesome place they’re in the middle of a remodel so possibly we didn’t get to experience it at its full potential but clean facility nice people aside from some dust from the remodel. It was an amazing stay definitely hectic because because of the tournament, but we were part of the tournament so I guess we were part of the problem. Amazing place to stay for any events at the Mesquite sports facility definitely better than the casinos down the way will be staying there again again for sure.

The hot tub was luke warm at best. The fire pits didn’t work. When traveling especially from the bitter cold and looking forward to being able to relax and enjoy the evenings at the hotel in the hot tub and socializing with friends around the fire pits was disappointing especially for the price you pay for a room now days. For the price the amenities that the hotel offers ought to be in working order.

I reserved a two room suite and got a large empty room with a bed a tv and a couch. The manager was rude when I brought it up. She said they don’t have a two room suite. The pictures all showed two rooms. So I call this false advertising. I don’t recommend Holiday Express to anyone. The elevator was dirty or out of order the entire three days.
