All night I have to smell poop because the toilet is clogged I have reboot that to the reception but there was no response thay say tomorrow we will take care of it. So don't go there

The main thing was the hotel was dirty and the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Nothing felt nor look clean. I didn’t even slept on their linens I slept on top of my blankets. Not sure where the pillows came from but they were the worst. The furniture in the room was worn out and dirty. The pool had branches in it.. When entering the room all you could smell was bleach. I would not recommend this place to no one nor would I stay even it was free or they offered a complimentary stay.

The staff was super friendly. The room was dated, but very clean. The location is convenient. It is close to many restaurants and stores such as Target, Kohls, Walmart, etc. It is also close to the cruise ports.

It was bad from the beginning. Went over to the side door and the door was broken. And then we went in and it smelled sour and horrible on top of that we couldn’t take a shower because of the moldy shower head. And also felt very itchy in the morning from the bed. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!

We had a good check in process but our room was pretty bad. When we entered the room we immediately could see the top blanket was stained yellow in multiple areas. They were big stains too. Underneath the blanket there was also a blood stain. We decided to sleep without it. I started removing the blanket and I touched something sticky on the blanket! That blanket should definitely just be thrown away at that point. Can’t believe it was used for guests. Mold on ceiling of shower too. For a budget hotel my minimum expectation is at least a clean bed.

Stayed for one night prior to cruising to leave car in their parking. This is a very old and unkept property that is being portrayed differently in their promotional material. The area is not very attractive, old looking from outside and worse inside the room. We had a big leak from under the sink and the toilet was slow to drain. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows… noisy AC unit and extra terrible breakfast offerings… didn’t even venture to try. Too expensive for what you get, definitely!!!
