Great place to stay except for 2 issues. 1. Needs a deep cleaning as you can see gunk on floor corners, baseboards, etc. 2. They need to find source of mildew smell and solve problem. After lowering ac could still smell the mildew all the way to end of stay. If they fixed these two issues this would be an excellent place to stay.

The condo and overall location were great! Our boys loved watching the drawbridge from the balcony and we had more than enough space for our family to relax and enjoy our trip. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Having the full kitchen was so nice, helped us save money on food without having to eat all of our meals out. The only suggestion I have is considering providing a few basic cooking essentials - salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Just the few things needed for basic cooking that you don't want to pack or purchase for a shorter trip! Overall, amazing!

Cape Crossing is a great place to stay. Condo nicely decorated, well stocked with all the essentials. Pool area clean with nice furniture and a working hot tub. Staff was readily available to assist with any issues. Building was secure, vacationers were respectful to each other. Small marina view from condo very nice. Definitely will book again.
